Informational Brochures:

These brochures were created to help people recognize and respond to individuals who may be at-risk of suicide and to help individuals who are trying to cope after surviving the death of a loved one by suicide. Special inserts were designed to contain information pertinent for different audiences. [For detailed customized information visit: www.sprc.org]. All of our brochures suggest additional resources - such as publications, websites, and organizations - that may be useful. An additional brochure detailing our council and activities is available.

The brochure pages and inserts are available as downloadable .PDF files. All documents can be reproduced and distributed as long as the credit to Suicide Prevention Council and the address of its website is retained.

We would like to acknowledge the strong community support in the development, printing and local distribution of these resources:
  • Rebecca Go: brochure content and design
  • Center for Hospice and Palliative Care: printing of Survivor brochures
  • Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center: final marketing design and printing
  • Memorial Hospital: printing of awareness brochures and inserts
